Step 1 Blood Collection
About 250-400 ml of blood is collected from a vein in your arm
Total blood volume will be adjusted based on body weight and health parameters
Step 2 Cell separation
Concentrate white blood cells to a count between 1 × 108 and 1 × 109
Step 3: Static Transformation
This is one of the key steps in stem cell production and complies with the minimum operation specifications.
Step 4: Safety and Quality Assurance
Stem cell products are analyzed for endotoxin, bioburden, mycoplasma, and microbial analysis by an external laboratory accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA)
Step 5 Stem Cell Products
Before clinical application, a small amount of stem cell product is injected subcutaneously to observe whether there is any allergic reaction.
Give an intravenous infusion
For local treatment, inject directly into the desired area (e.g. knee, skin –)
